Well this past Sunday was my birthday and my amazing wife and kiddies, had given me a birthday long weekend. Starting with a lovely night out with my wife to our favorite restaurant for some great dinner and desert. Jamie then invited my parents and her parents over for a special birthday dinner. She had asked the kids what they wanted to do for dads birthday dinner and she ended up with a 5 course meal. Lol….. So she managed them and assigned them all a job Mia made some Ambrosia salad all by herself. J was in charge of cake she made a chocolate mocha cake all by her self and Jamie had made some awesome kabobs and veggies for dinner. I got some great gifts like a new radio and an advent calendar that’s right I said an advent calendar. I know it’s a little early but Jamie had found this cool advent calendar telling the story of the birth of Christ , my two favorite things in one a nativity and count down to Christmas. Sunday my birthday Jamie ha made me a special breakfast and I received a amazing cross to hang in the new dinning room. For dinner grandpa made some finger lickin BBQ ribs. Then to top it all off I had a vacation day today jamie and the girls and little G took me out to he park for a picnic and some kite flying. All the kites crashed and burned except these little tiny kites Tia had got the kids last year and they flew like champs. As a bonus I had found this really nice kite that was stuck in a tree bush thing about 15 ft in the air. With a little help from Mia and a lot of persistence we got it down and now have a great kite to use next time. What an blessed family and life I have thank you Lord for all things in my life that you provide for me. Good and bad we are told to be thankful for all
