So i also just have to brag quick on my homeschooling family. Last night at Awana’s Store night at Church. ( the kids earn Awana moneys through learning scripture and going to class) we had a Christmas store.

It’s great to see the kids go and pick out all of the Christmas gifts they want to buy mom and dad or Grammy or a sibling. Well G was looking to buy his Sisters something and he had 22 dollars left. I showed him this gift set we had for 8 dollars each.

Me.  the girls would love them if you wan to get these

G  how much?

me      8 dollars each so it would be 16.00 all together

G  wow 16 dollars, I don’t know that would only leave me with hmm….6 bucks left I have to think about it.

Wow  right off the top of his head he whipped through a math problem like it was 2 + 2 .

I am so proud of my Wife for taking on the challenge of homeschooling and of our children for the great job they are all doing.
