To my wife,
It was a cold December night in 1995 I was driving Jamie to east Providence to pick up her sister forma hockey game and Jamie looked like something was bothering her, I asked her what’s wrong?( I was new to dating,I didn’t know you never ask a girl that…lol)
She replied you haven’t officially asked me out yet, I replied like would you like to go steady?
She looked back with a shy yet pouty smile and a yes son o no December 28 1995 I asked my Jamie to be my girlfriend. The rest as they say is history……
I never could have imagined that a girl as beautiful as Jamie would have ever said yes to dancing with me, never mind go out with me. It has need an amazing and very blessed journey through life with my best friend.
Thank you Jamie for saying yes to that dance that started it all. The past 16 years have been unforgettable to say the least , there’s no one else I can think of to live my life with then you. You truly are mr precious gift from God. I love you and thank God for you daily.
