Motivation Monday!

We all hit our slumps in out workouts and in our lives. I just wanted to remind you that you all are just one decision from starting back up. When we fall in our slump we need to remember the why? The why that got us going on this journey in the first place. Not just the I want to loose weight and drop a clothing size! But the true reason under the superficial one. me personally I don’t want to end up an out of shape older man relying on everyone to take care on me in my 60’s. I want to be around for my family for a long time, I want to go on mission trips with my wife and family when I retire from my current job and show the world the love of Christ. And I would not have been able to do that if I had stayed on the path I was on years ago! Don’t beat yourself up to bad when you fall, pick your self up and continue. Stay strong In you journey and Faith.
The Lord is always with us giving us strength we need to move forward and do His will.
