So with a crazy end of year as far as the workouts and diet go 👎. So with a few more pounds added then I ever wanted. It is back at it. With a new found motivation that i can do this. It’s one step at a time. It’s is amazing how long it takes to back slide. Not long at all remember it’s takes 30-60 days to make a habit but l, it seems to only take a week or so to brake it and go back to our old ways.
