Happy New Year!!!!

Wouldn’t life be grand id there was a real magic pill like in Alice in wonderland…. just take this and you become smaller.lol…

Like many of you I to have always been in a battle with weight like a bad roller coaster ride up and down. I have come to the conclusion over the years that my metabilism stinks lol and that when i eat like crap and don’t workout i magically gain weight…lol

This has been a constraint battle since i hit puberty all those years ago. While i am not at the weight and shape I was in 2 years ago I am not where I was at my worst…when I peaked in the early 2000 at over 310 i knew i had to do something. I picked up running and lost over 70 lbs and then i injured myself and lost the running ability. A few years later I found myself back up towards 280 ugh!! Then back down to 230’s now those days are behind me but I know i can do it again..

I did it with heathy eating and working out. There is no magic pill. Now Last year Jamie and I joined this amazing company IT Works Global #itworks. They have an amazing health supplements and skin care line. We all want to look better, get healthier and feel better about ourself right? Yes I have been up and down and tried some products last year with pssotive results, even sore and injured i am doing this just remember work out according to your skill and ability not according to everyone else …now i am excited to see where this company takes us this year!
