Ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind..or forgotten

It may seem that in today’s hectic age, family may often get left behind. But not always getting together, means being left behind. I always joked that my brother and I grew up with a great friendship than became an on again of again friendship we got along and then had a few years where we didn’t lol… like 20😂 jk. He was my best man in my wedding and although life has taken us down different paths we are and always will be family. Always there for each other and always loving our families. We have become great fathers in-lieu of some rough “ examples “ but to come together this past week and vacation together and have an epic surprise with our mom – was fantastic. Catching up and just hanging out reminded us that family is never forgotten though we may be apart we are never left behind. We may only manage to get together a few times a year but we never leave each other behind or forget what family is. So my point even though you may not see your family as often as you would like never forget family is family and they are always with us in our hearts ❤️
