I know a lot of people are like me and adore Christmas. The whole aspect of it decorating the tree ,the smells , the celebrating I love this time of year so much. One of our traditions Is that every year we add a new ornament to our tree and this is my favorite part of the trimming of the tree. 98% of them come with memories from my childhood ones to the year I meant my wife to the first family ones and now the updated ones. From the seagull my mom bought us from that little store on broadway in Newport to the poor years and they wooden snowman lol….. good and bad times these moments weave together to form great memories we call life. Just wanted to show off a few of our favorite ornaments from years past.
Last years camper to celebrate our family road trip of 2018 2500 miles cross country trip.

This Santa came from Jamies grandpa.

Our tree topper from our one year anniversary when we saw lion king on Broadway 😊

My love is superhero’s this peace on earth from the defunct Wb store in NYC we got when we visited. Now it has a different reminder. A reminder of what Christmas is all about. Family and friends.
You see another great memory I have from Christmas was my nana and pop tying up the Christmas tree. Now i used to laugh at it all the time, that is till we lost a few ok a lot of ornaments when our tree fell over multiple years in a row. Like life sometimes we really don’t remember what caused the damage but we know it’s there. I can’t remember what pet took the tree down but i remember coming home to see it on the floor and my Non-replaceable ornament Smash Into Pieces. You may not see it now but if you look close you can see the fractures where it was glued together. Like in our lives we can hold onto those hurt feelings that caused those fractures or we can see the beauty that it still has after it was put back together. And something funny about glue when we put time into repairing and flying something back together, it will never break on those spots again. So i choose to be reminded of the joy it brings me to see this Superman flying around my tree and reminds me that like this Family and friends are non-replaceable so let’s work on gluing things back together. So we may all appreciate the beauty and joy of what’s been rebuilt. Merry Christmas my friends and happy thanksgiving
What’s some of your favorite or moments.

Love it!
